Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Trackveil, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service Description

Trackveil provides website analytics tracking and dashboard services. We track anonymous visitor data on websites where our tracking code is installed.

3. Account & Billing

• You must provide accurate account information
• You're responsible for account security
• Billing is monthly via Stripe
• Forever Free plan available (1 site, 1K visits/month)
• Paid plans: Premium (€15/mo), Peak (€30/mo)
• Cancel anytime via Stripe Customer Portal
• No refunds for partial months

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Track websites you don't own/operate
• Attempt to hack or abuse the service
• Resell or redistribute our service
• Use service for illegal activities

5. Data Ownership

Your analytics data belongs to you. You can export it anytime (CSV). We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. We're not liable for data loss or service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, we'll delete your data per our retention policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts.
